A deal pack is a small one-time purchase, delivered instantly. That makes a rigid all-sales-final policy feel wrong, so here is our actual stance, in plain terms.
A full refund, no questions
If the debrief failed to generate, the counter-offer pack came out broken, your key never arrived, or you were charged twice, that is on us. Email us and we refund the full amount. You do not need to argue the case.
Changed your mind
If you bought a deal pack, have not leaned on the deliverables, and decide it was not for you, reach out within 14 days. We handle these case by case and we lean generous. The one thing we cannot refund is a pack whose counter-offer email and scripts you have already taken into a real negotiation, because at that point the product has done its job.
How to request one
Email support@counterspar.com with your license key or the receipt from Polar. Refunds are processed back through Polar, our merchant of record, to the original payment method, usually within a few business days.
Your statutory rights
Because a deal pack is digital content delivered immediately, some withdrawal rights may not apply once you start using it. This policy sits on top of your statutory consumer rights and never reduces them. If your local law gives you more, that governs.
