The terms, in plain language

Counterspar is a rehearsal tool. It builds a counterpart from your offer, spars with you, and hands you a graded debrief with a counter-offer script. It is practice and coaching, not legal, financial, tax, or career advice, and it is not a licensed advisor. The decisions on your real call are yours.

One full round per browser is free. A deal pack is a one-time purchase that unlocks the full debrief, the counter-offer email and phone script, and rematches up to Level 5 for 14 days on that deal. The multi pack is three deal packs on one key. There is no subscription and nothing recurring.

A license key is your receipt and your access. It unlocks the number of deals shown on the plan you bought, and once those slots are spent the key is done. Keep it private: anyone with the key can use its remaining slots. Do not resell or share it.

• Use Counterspar for your own negotiation practice, not to abuse or overload it.
• Do not scrape, automate, or hammer the app, and do not try to defeat the rate limits or the free-round scoping.
• Do not paste content you have no right to share, or anything unlawful.
• Do not attempt to extract another user’s data, deals, or keys.

The counterpart, the grade, and the scripts are generated by language models. They are usually sharp and occasionally wrong. Treat the output as a well-informed sparring partner, not a guarantee. Read the counter-offer email before you send it and make it yours.

Payment is handled by Polar as our merchant of record, which collects any applicable tax. Our refund stance is on the refunds page, and it is the short version: if the product broke or never delivered, you get your money back.

Counterspar is provided as is, without warranty that it will fit a particular situation or produce a particular outcome. To the extent the law allows, kemero’s total liability for any claim relating to Counterspar is limited to what you paid for the deal in question. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms as the product changes, and the date at the top will move. Continued use after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden and the EU. Counterspar is operated by kemero.
